About Me
I am Hayley Banks, a 32-year-old Animator with Canadian Permanent Residency living in Vancouver, BC Canada. I grew up near Anchorage, Alaska USA, moved to Vancouver in 2015, and have been animating professionally since 2016.
I began drawing as a hobby in 2012 and I’m always looking for opportunities to practice and improve! I graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Alaska Anchorage with an interdisciplinary BA in Drawing, Creative Writing, and Psychology. I attended Vancouver Institute of Media Arts (VanArts) where I received a 1-year diploma in 3D Animation.
In my free time I love using both my 3D and 2D Animation as an excuse to learn and apply new skills, programs, and techniques. I enjoy attending live Musical Theatre, playing World of Warcraft, & hugging my cat Pumpkin.
